If you live in the San Diego area - you should check out Rivers of Hope Foundation. It is a foundation started by Philip Rivers and his wife. He is the QB for the Chargers. The foundation is promoting adoption of foster children in the San Diego area. There are volunteer opportunities when they have events. http://www.philiprivers.com/
